Wintrust Mortgage

Don't make the same mistake we did! Wintrust Banks are terrible! When we married and got a joint account we wanted to go with a community bank to help support our local community. Wintrust bank has been nothing but a terrible headache ever since! Their atm machines are always broken. Some locations won't allow you to take out more than $20 because the machine only hold a small amout for the day. Also, more than once their junk machines have eaten my card and I have to jump through hoops to get it replaced. The last straw was when the machine door wouldn't open and it wouldn't give me my withdrawal. But the computer SAID it was withdrawn so they refused to help me when I went to a manager.

They have the best customer service and are always so helpful with any questions I may have. Switching banks was definitely a good move .

Superb banking experience. The staff are always incredibly polite, professional, and super helpful. They give out free hot dogs in the summer and always free drinks in the lobby. I love them. Stephen is the best and he goes above and beyond the already excellent service. If I could give them a 10 start rating I would.

Wprst bank ever. I came in to discuss problems logging on to mt account and some Black tbug with a gun came up behind me to threaten & intimidate me. The young lady at the bank kept asking me personal information in front of the armed thug. Yeah like he's not going to steal my information. Can you imagine a bank threatening and intimidate their customers??? Stay away
