I believe this is the 4th loan or refinance we have done with Tiffany. Tiffany was responsible for two great refinances on our last home, and the bridge loan and then, the inevitable refinance into a more favorable-term loan, on our new house, we bought at the end of 2020. During this hectic pandemic time (in 2020) of basically requiring a pre-approval on every house you looked at before you even schedule an appointment to see it, and electronic document signing, Tiffany quickly and professionally came through. She also came through with her usual amazing solutions for our latest purchase bridge loan, and the refinance we just closed on. Yes, would use her again! Note: electronic document signing and also, secure document uploading, is a necessary evil in today's world. It is not always perfect, but the people at her office do their best and handle my feedback on issues that need clearing up, with professionalism.(P.S. she has a great reputation with the notaries and Realtors in the area, as well)

When we tried to purchase a home at San Martin, CA., we consulted with Tiffany. She ensured us that she can get loan for us without any problem. So we started loan application with her. Right after we started process with her, she asked us to use electronic signature. We did follow her requests, signed application kits to use electronic signature. However she used our signature for multiple documents without our consent. When we asked her to provide full envelop with detailed time stamp and included contents to proof she had sent those documents to us, she cannot provide the details information to us. For the loan she promised we can get, she kept changing requirements. It led the failure to get the loan we wished to get. After failed to get the loan, she asked us to pay the fees. We paid the money but she never sent the receipt to us.

Just finished our refinancing with Tiffany Doyle:) Everything went beautifully. Tiffany even went out of her way and arranged a late night notary for us to sign paperwork.Thanks again Tiffany!
