        I won't say this deal went without a hitch, but was a difficult deal in whole. Jarrod's team communication was hard as there were so many people in the pot, but what I did like is when we had concerns Jarrod did get the situation handled. I would prefer to work directly with Jarrod in the future, but his team did close the deal. So, I am providing 5 stars for their team seeing this deal thru to the end and helping a family that really needed a home.
