As a first time homebuyer I had so many questions and Steve took the time to answer every one of them and made the complicated process very straightforward and easy. He always made himself available whenever I had a question or concern, and he was able to lock in a stellar rate for me!! In purchasing a new home I opted to go with Blueleaf Lending instead of my past mortgage bank, and I am very appreciative of this switch because Blueleaf was Very Competent at each step of this involved process, and gave me excellent advice at each step. From the initial advice to assist me in taking best steps to prepare financially to the closing day I was able to get my questions answered. For each time I contacted a member of the team, they responded quickly and I felt I understood the process well. I spoke w Tyler Knudsvig this morning. He had quite an attitude on the phone. I had barely spoke with him for 3 minutes. He was a referral from a realtor on top of that.
