        Sam has been excellent throughout our entire home buying process. After we closed he was so prompt in making sure that we were able to refinance when we did to get lower rate. If he didnt, we would have lose the opportunity to save because rate jumped up the following week. There are no dumb questions when talking with him and his team. Highly recommend and will continue using Sam and Guaranteed rate.
