        Italian beef not the same. Beef is super thick and no flavor whatsoever. Pizza slices are also not cut the same size. Cutting too many corners. Took a dynasty and ruining it. Not sure why you arent following the same recipes when you took over? Consistency is what held this business around for over 30 years. You are doing the opposite
