On the 22nd of Dec(pay day) my sister wasn't paid from this employer. It is the 20th of January and she still hasn't been paid, she has 3 children and a home to take care of alone, Saquan Gholar the owner of this company refuses to pay her causing her to fall on very hard times.

The most horrific job experience I have ever had. They break Illinois labor laws every single day, they pick and choose how and when they will pay you for your service. The owner and his friends are the ones who post the positive ratings to boost the chances of gaining contracts. They are unprofessional and Saquan (The owner) reps Chicago PD & Chicago Fire which makes him think he is above regular citizens. His disrespect, disregard and sheer lack of integrity are enough of a reason not to do business with him, but for a person who is looking for a job Volunteer work would be better than working there. I personally hand delivered my uniforms and the badge to the site I was assigned to and even had a lawyer friend to contact Saquan directly He lied and said my check was in the mail and yet, he knew it wasnt. He never had any intentions of paying me, but that is also illegal and against Illinois labor laws. I worked for my check and it is owed to me. This is a horrible company and a bunch of unprofessional inconsiderate, greedy and down right rotten people.

In 2019 i filed a lawsuit against rescue 8 security company for negligence against my special needs son with autism at an indoor water park KROC CENTER in Chicago. I sued one of their security guard and the company rescue 8 where he works. I testified in civil court for two days. Letting the judge know how rescue 8 security company treated my special needs son with autism. The sheriff's served the lawsuit on rescue 8 security company. The owner of the company SAQUAN GHOLAR, and his handlers Disregarded the lawsuit. And care absolutely nothing about my special need's son with autism. Who can't speak, who has a mind like a small child, and who has no sense of danger. The owner of rescue 8 security company. SAQUAN GHOLAR And his employee's, are some heartless monster's for allowing his security guards to treat my special needs son with autism in a abusive manner. Because the owner of rescue 8 security company totally disregarded my lawsuit a 10,000 dollar default judgment was entered against rescue 8 security company in 2019 CASE NUMBER [20196010170]. I want to let the public know that my previous REVIEW was removed. Because I only had have the name correct. Under RESCUE 8 SECURITY COMPANY. AND NOT BY THEIR REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME RESCUE 8 SPECIAL EVENT'S & TRAINING. The owner of rescue 8 special events & training SAQUAN GHOLAR. Wasn't concerned about what one of his security guards did to my special needs son with autism. But SAQUAN GHOLAR owner of RESCUE 8 SPECIAL EVENT'S & TRAINING thought he and his negligent employee's would get away, with treating other people children with special needs autism with ABUSE!!!! If you will listen to me as a loving FATHER to my special needs son with autism. PLEASE, PLEASE AND PLEASE NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH, THESE HEARTLESS, DECEITFUL, LYING MONSTER'S. MASQUERADING AS A BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITIES HURTING OUR CHILDREN. IN MY OPINION AND EXPERIENCE WITH RESCUE 8 SPECIAL EVENT'S & TRAINING!!!!! (DON'T LET THE SMILE AND SMOOTH CONVERSATION FOOL YOU).
