This was our first experience purchasing a home. While you can research all you want, you can never be fully aware of all the complexities and nuances of a real estate transaction. Thankfully, we happened upon Alex who was the opposite realtor of an apartment we were looking to rent. After an informative discussion with Alex, we decided to pull the trigger and pursue purchasing a home. The process started with completing an informational request form, which helped narrow down the area, type of home, and other wants and needs. After completing the form, we were connected with Jameson Sothebys Realty portal. When a home came on the market that fit our criteria we were notified and provided access to the portal via email. In short, the portal was exceptionally user friendly. All the homes that fit our criteria were cached in the portal. The level of detail and information provided for each home was unexpected yet appreciated, i.e., pictures, home details, surrounding area details, birds-eye view, street side view, mortgage calculator, pertinent real estate documents etc. The portal made it easy to narrow down the homes we wanted to view in person. During the showings, Alex did not hesitate to provide his honest feedback. Most importantly, he focused on issues that would end up causing problems in the future. This is exactly the type of feedback we wanted. It demonstrated his level of real estate expertise, as well as showed he wasnt in it for the quick commission. We were fortunate to find a home within a few weeks. We can thank Alexs network, which allowed us to attend multiple private showings. Speaking of Alexs network, expansive is the appropriate description. From home inspectors, to contractors, to lenders, to attorneys, Alex really is a one-stop-shop realtor. Pretty much anything we needed during the home buying process; Alex was able to bird-dog it for us. Alex was with us from the beginning all the way to the end. During which, he spent an inordinate amount of time explaining everything to us in detail. He was exceptionally responsive. He answered every call on the first try and answered every email within the minutes of sending. I know he has multiple plates spinning, which made his level of responsiveness even more impressive. Bottom line if you are looking for an experienced, well informed, responsive, real estate agent, I would highly recommend reaching out to Alex. If your experience is anything like ours, you will not be disappointed.

Alex is an experienced real estate agent and works for both home buyers, home sellers, and investors. From an investor's perspective he will look for several properties in your budget and help you choose a property with ROI numbers that make sense. After an offer is accepted, Alex will make the closing process easy and effective. Alex works hard for his clients and goes above and beyond what is necessary. I would recommend him for all potential buyers or sellers in the market. Especially investors.
