Michael Parish is the best real estate agent l have known. He is very patient, honest, informative and tells you the pros and cons of any property. He has helped my parents buy a few properties as well as he has helped me get my condominiums. He does not rush you to make a sell, he is very concerned if the client is satisfied and gives his personal opinion and then lets his clients make the final decision.

Michael helped me purchase my first place in the city when I moved out after college. Since I had never really navigated the city on my own, I wasn't even sure of where to live or what I needed. Michael found me a quiet, safe neighborhood that was close to the action, but with good parking! I loved my first apartment! I have so many good memories there. I still own the place (in Ravenswood) and it has since grown in value during these tougher times. (You can't beat that.) The deal was a short sale, so Michael had to do a lot of back and forth with the bank to get the deal done. He was there from start to finish, always professional and attentive along the way. If you need help figuring out what you need before you know you need it, Michael is the person for you. A+

Michael has been a godsend to me, patient, honest, tons of info that was reassuring as a new buyer and seller, got to work with Michael three times, uber knowledgeable, does a lot of background and offered many helpful insight, I wish Michael could work in all the states.
