      image OChem Incorporation sent us a wrong product. When we complained, they played dead for weeks. On the phone, they did not speak English, although they are supposedly located in the USA. We only received a reply from them after we threatened to report their company to the authorities. Still, they refused to send a replacement (correct product) or to send us a refund. Complete fraud! Do not order from them!
