Matt is an absolute professional! We had just relocated to Chicago and not familiar with the home buying process here. Matt walked us through the process and explained what was happening, what we needed to provide or action to take. Matt was extremely helpful in the selection process of our home and brought items to our attention that we had never thought of/looked for. He made the home buying process fun! He was available (even one time at 10pm to show us the unit because we were concerned with noise at nite)...he is extremely funny, but a constant professional! Throughout the buying process, Matt was able to help us with lawyers, movers, plumbers and electricians, all of whom were 5 star experiences/referrals. If you're doing any type of real estate transaction in the Chicagoland area, Matt is your go to guy!
