I have been thinking about buying for some time and have had the pleasure of working with Armin. Im writing about how I ended up NOT buying a house and Im thankful to Armin for that. Armin has known I have been looking and as soon as he found out a seemingly great opportunity, he notified me so we can move fast so we dont lose the listing. He also put me in touch with great teams for both lending and legal matters, both teams ended up being helpful and easy to work with. As we were moving towards closing, we identified some building code violations, for which We brainstormed and negotiated with the owner. The owner wouldnt agree and downplayed the risks of the outstanding permits. Armin suggested the deal may have too much risk and advised me to not move forward with it. I appreciate his transparency and putting my interests above everything.
