Sandra is a gem! She's understanding, flexible and patient but assertive when needed. She has mastered the balance of knowing when to sit back if you decide to take a break from your search, but is also there to support you at a moment's notice when needed. Sandra is very professional and responsive but she's also honest and offers non-nonsense feedback when needed. We highly recommend!
