Marjorie helped me with my very first home. She was patient and provided confidence that I would find the right place. She invested a fair amount of time until we found the right home for me. She is extremely knowledgeable and will guide you step by step as a first time buyer. She is very personable and I truly felt like I was working with a friend. Shes great. Highly recommend.

Marjorie was the best realtor! We were on a limited budget for our first home. She helped us so much through the process of picking a house that had good potential to improve without breaking the bank. Since she has experience with real estate development, that knowledge was key! She was able to tell us if a house would have big ticket issues down the line, like needing new windows, back porch would need replacement, basement had signs of flooding. All these things helped us get to the right house and it passed inspection with flying colors. That is good cause you dont want to bid on a house to pay for a costly inspection just to find out the house is not good and you have to back out to go through the process all over again. If we ever want to move, we will choose her again. But it wont be anytime soon cause we love our home.

Marjorie is the advocate and agent you want through the often stressful and confusing process of buying and selling a home!
