I'm not sure where my fianc and I would be (literally) without Nina. After learning that we'd have to move out of our apartment with relatively short notice, our search began and we had a huge decision to make: whether to continue renting or to begin the process of buying a home. Nina is a superstar!! My fiance and I are closing on a townhouse in Chicago this month. After a tough couple weeks just independently searching through rental units, a friend who had just worked with Nina to buy a home last year referred us to her to explore buying a home. We were hesitant because of the market, the short timeline we had and from various horror stories I had heard from friends about working with realtors in Chicago. However, Nina made the entire process as smooth as possible without us ever feeling pressured to make a decision. She helped us curate our search and schedule showings for both rentals and buying options as we were exploring both initially. Nina was always available whenever we needed her - including rearranging her personal plans late on a Friday as we finalized our offer to buy our home! :) Working with Nina, we felt like we had a leg up on other buyers in this crazy market and we were often some of the first people to see new listings. She has gone above and beyond to provide us with personal advice when we've asked for it as well as referrals for the hundreds of questions we've had throughout this process as first-time buyers. Nina helped us make the biggest decision we've ever made as unpainful as possible and far exceeded my expectations. This round two with Nina and it was nothing short of amazing. We bought our condo with her help and have decided to lease our place while we help our family down south. She was available for all our first time landlord questions, held out hands so graciously (at all hours of the day), and drummed up a Six Flag worthy line out our door of potential tenants on showing day. It was impressive. Work with Nina! She will be our go to in the Chicagoland area and cannot recommended her enough for all restate needs. Thanks for the help, Nina!

My wife and I closed last month on a townhome with the help of Nina. This was our second time going through Nina for a purchase and were very happy we had her by our side during the process. We would never have gotten there without her. Her willingness to take calls at all hours to answer our questions, connect us with her contacts from mortgage quotes to home repair, and her honest advice throughout the process were essential for us to get to closing. She was great to work with and Ill be sure to reach out if we buy or sell again in the future!

Nina has been with us through buying our first home, to becoming first time landlords, and renting out our property for us. She is easy to communicate with, organized and has a wealth of information/recommendations in the local Chicago area. We trust her to have our best interests at heart and value her honesty and work ethic. We have loved working with such a thoughtful broker, and are so glad we chose to start working with her 2 years ago!
