Wendy was wonderful to work with. She has represented us in two home purchases now. She takes the time to understand your wants and needs in a home and is then able to know very quickly if youll like or dislike a place. This transaction, in particular, was a tough one. We fell in love with a house that had multiple and similar offers on it. Wendy worked with us to make sure we were doing the right thing for us, not making hasty or irrational decisions, but moving quickly to strike a deal. And, understanding how much we wanted the house, she guided us accordingly. In the end, it was her negotiation and people skills that really got our offer accepted over others that were very similar. Wendy is great to work and she knows what she is doing! Because of her, we got our dream house.
