Tyler is the best. Hes knowledgeable about the market and proactive when it comes time to make an offer. He was perceptive and transparent about potential negatives of various properties we toured, and talked me off the ledge when I was outbidmore than once! The lender he recommended is excellent, and when we found The One, Tyler helped me strategize with the lender to put our best foot forward and ultimately beat several cash offers. Tyler is an absolute GEM! He is so knowledgeable about the Chicago area and provided such valuable insight during our house-hunting process.
