Ralph was very responsive and knowledgeable about the properties we saw. He was able to accommodate starting early and even got a second unit in that I was not expecting to see (that I loved). Ralph was also very honest about both the perks and challenges of the units we saw. I could tell he wanted me to find the right place for me and not just trying to push units.
