Jeannette and her team were great job selling and purchasing for us. Michele and Jeannette they sold our Chicago's condo for more than the asking price and quickly. And in Florida, it was difficult because we had no knowledge of the area but Alexa and Jeannette they provided us with the condo we wanted. And Alexa saved us emotionally too. Erin Harper helped my wife Carol and I move from Holland, Michigan to Chicago in March 2022. On a Tuesday in that March, Carol began working with Erin via FaceTime, text messages, emails and websites to identify candidate Chicago homes in the Lakeview neighborhood, and arranged for tours of three candidates the following Thursday. During the morning of that Thursday, we toured those three candidates but decided against all three. Then, having paid close attention to our reactions to those first three candidates, Erin suggested that we tour a fourth, privately listed candidate in the Park West neighborhood. We fell in love with that fourth candidate which Erin had suggested and immediately made an offer. It was during that experience that we began to realize just how effectively Erin had been listening to us and how she had gotten to know us before we had even met Erin face-to-face in Chicago. All in all, our sales experience was very quick and was nearly effortless compared to what it might have been like had it lasted longer. Erins congratulations gift to us upon completion of our purchase of our forever home really captured Erins ability and willingness to listen and pay attention to details. Ill never forget that gift.
