Florence is the absolute best when looking for an apartment downtown. Shes helped me find the perfect spots in the Gold Coast and Old Town area. She was very attentive in making sure all my needs were met by getting questions answered and setting up showings within a days notice. When in a time crunch to find my next apartment, Florence went above and beyond taking the stress away in finding the perfect spot. I couldnt have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her to anyone in the Chicago area!

Florence is so friendly and helpful! I have now found 2 amazing apartments with her and it's been a very easy, great experience. She's very communicative and stays on top of everything. I was having such a tough time finding an apartment and then asked her for help and signed a lease within a week. Cannot recommend Florence enough!

Florence Molinelli is a total professional. She is a perfect example of a realtor who works hard to assist parties involved on both sides of the transaction. Her extensive knowledge, resources and work ethic is second to none. Florence has worked very hard to find good tenants for my properties. I am so pleased with Florence, I referred her to a good fiend John Angelini. She was able to find him a buyer for his property quickly for more then his asking price. My friend John expressed to me his extreme gratitude.
