As a seller the process can be quite strenuous and exhausting. Kristena made sure I dot my is and crossed my ts. There were even times when I felt a bit discouraged but she made sure I was in constant contact with my lawyer and that all the proper paperwork had been filed so there were no surprises. In my case I was stubborn and hesitant on making repairs requested by the buyer. Kristena sat me down and explained all the avenues we can take and wasnt shy about telling me her honest opinion! Sure enough I listened to her advice and I sold my house shortly there after. Kristena is a realtor that puts her clients 1st and isnt trying to make the fastest deal but the best possible deal! Her honesty is refreshing and her constant communication comforting! I look forward to working with her in the future!!!!!

My wife and I we're actively searching for our home in September of 2021. We were connected with Kristena through our lender. So glad we were matched with her! She was very diligent and attentive to our wants and needs. We had a couple offers fall through but that didn't stop her drive to find our perfect home. When we finally found our home she made sure everything was in order and even helped us get credits from the seller which helped a lot!
