Mark Malave is a great agent. He responded to my requests almost immediately. We were moving to Chicago from New Jersey so we couldn't view places ourselves. Mark went to the apartments and took videos so we could see the spaces before we moved. What's more he was able to recommend movers last minute. We plan on having him be our agent whenever we buy a house.
