Keith is incredible and we loved working with him! He is very communicative, knowledgeable about all processes involved, helpful, and personable - this really helped us out as first time home buyers, as we had a lot of questions and always felt like we could ask anything. We really loved Keiths approach in helping us in our home search, as he forwarded us relevant postings and ideas but never pressured us to move forward with anything - he was always there as a helpful resource without pushing/forcing us in one direction. He also gave us a lot of rides to tours, inspections, etc. which really made it easier with our schedules. Lastly, he also provided a lot of more realistic and valuable insight on things that we probably wouldnt have known otherwise, and all his recommendations for other contacts (attorneys, inspectors, etc.) all worked out great. We truly had a great experience working with Keith and could not recommend him more for any buying/selling and realtor needs!! Thanks for all the help Keith!

Highly recommend working with Keith. As first time home buyers/sellers in the Chicago area he was very knowledgeable and honest during the whole process. He didnt hesitate when we told him our short timeline and sold our house quickly. Loved working with Keith, would love to use him again!

Keith is a 10 out of 10! I worked with Keith as a buyer, and he was incredibly knowledgable and real throughout the process. He was quick to catch on to my preferences and helped focus my search so that I could find the perfect place in the best location. Keith makes time for his clients each and every step of the way and really shines when it comes to a competitive offer, especially when there are several bidders. I started my home searching process slowly, not in a rush by any means. I found Keith at an open house he was covering for a friend, and he was great from the start. He made a folder of potential places that were within budget that same day, was always available for questions and was quick to set up showings while never being pushy about rushing the process. He has the connections needed to get you into homes ASAP, which was crucial over the summer in peak market! He helped me find the perfect place and under budget, and made first time home buying smooth and simple. Couldnt be happier choosing him as a realtor, would recommend!
