These are the people you want selling your house. Their team is personable, professional, and efficient. What could easily become a hectic process went smoothly because of their knowledge and experience of the Chicagoland market. A+ customer service. A+ communication A+ going above and beyond expectations. Karen sold us our house and also sold it for us 4 years later. You wont find someone who genuinely cares more about your family needs than her. Thank you!

Written by my husband who was a licensed broker several years ago: We just closed on the sale of our three flat in Lincoln Park. It has been the best best real estate experience in my life. The property was presented with a marketing package that was among the best I've seen. We were kept informed after every showing of the feedback from possible buyers. When offers were made Karen not only explained all our options but also presented our response in such a way that the buyers always felt they could respond. We ended up with multiple offers and because of how the Biazar team handled things when the deal we had accepted fell through we were able to seamlessly accept and then later closed a back up offer Karen had cultivated. I can't recommend the Biazar Group enough. Timely communication, great marketing, outstanding negotiations that maximized the sales price achieved all define this team.

Biazar Group is extremely knowledgeable and proficient about the real estate market, trends, and financing. Staci Slattery was very communicative, always available and very adept at managing the listing and variety of people involved. She sold my home at a great price and helped me find a condo for a family member in a very short turnaround. I highly recommend Staci and the Biazar Group. They make the process easy and comfortable.

We used the Biazar Group to purchase our single-family home in Lincoln Square and sell our condo in Lakeview. Staci Slattery was absolutely incredible! We dealt with a very difficult seller with our new home, and Staci was so amazing at helping us to navigate the negotiation process and empathized with our emotions throughout! She also has fantastic connections who helped us to do renovations and repairs after we closed. Staci suggested that we move out and stage our condo prior to listing it for sale. The staging looked amazing, and she was RIGHT! We had a 15K above asking offer after 2 DAYS! This was 15K over the selling price of the exact same unit on the west side of the building which sold at the peak of the market in Spring 2022. The sale was seamless and we closed within a month. I couldn't recommend Staci more if you are looking for a top notch realtor!
