Ruth was excellent from the beginning to the end of our apartment search. My girlfriend and I are new to Illinois and she took great care, not only in accomodating every single detail we were looking for, but in introducing us to the area. She helped us patiently and consistently throughout every step of the way. Ruth is punctual and very attentive to detail, and will go the extra mile to make sure you get the place you're looking for. Ruth is awesome! She helped me and my husband find and purchase our first home and we could not be happier with her service. She is extremely patient, flexible, and knowledgeable and she always had our best interest in mind. Ruth is such a compassionate caring realtor. She tried her best to help me find my property that I call my home. Ruth does not review the buying process as just any property. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt like the property was my home. I am a very particular individual, and there was one home that I could not make pass the front door. Upon entering, I knew it did not feel like a home for me and I wanted to leave. Ruth did not push me to continue viewing the property to convince me to by it. In fact, she was so understanding and supportive. She did ask if I was sure I did not want to continue viewing it because it was on my property list of homes I wanted to see. I assured her I did not and she supported my decision because she wanted to make sure whatever property I was buying would make me feel safe, at peace, and at HOME. I appreciated her so much for keeping me updated and available whenever I was. I have met other realtors who keep their position very neutral. When I was home buying , I felt like I created a best friend. The best way to describe this exciting experience is like going to your favorite store in a mall and comparing outfits. Ruth and I would go into the houses of my choice and examine them numerous times. I would act out how it would be to exit a bedroom, enter the kitchen, or be in the living room and she would act it out with me to see if I enjoyed the way the home was structured. She would make comments that would make me enjoy the home even more. Overall, I can continue to go on and on about how amazing, professional, caring, and compassionate she is in her work but I believe its easier to experience it for yourself. I am thankful to have bought my first home with Ruth and I cannot wait to buy a second with her soon! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication!
