Nancy Gordon once again has done a stellar job with our home! We worked with Nancy back in 2019 when she helped us buy our dream condo in the city. Now, we needed her help selling our space and finding a rental. Like before, Nancy was communicative, informative, and professional. Nancy was an absolute godsend! She was so patient with us and was so willing to go out of her way to help us find and renovate our home. We moved to Chicago from out of state, Nancy within 1-2 weeks notice showed us rentals and places to buy and was very informative on this first time homebuyers process. If we had questions about anything Nancy always was there to help. We dont know what we would have done without her. We got new carpet and had some complications but after we had already closed, she offered to meet the Carpet company at our place 7am on a Saturday to ensure our carpet was installed. Nancy made the process as seamless as ever from obtaining a mortgage broker to closing. Best home buying experience, couldnt recommend her more. Thanks Nancy!
