Says he has good relations with builder and will ensure everything from punch list is completed. 8 months later and still unsolved issues would indicate otherwise. Update: Phil respectfully asked this review to be removed, I respectfully declined. At this point Phil replied " There is karma in this world and it will find you". Just a shining example of his professionalism.
