I cant say enough great things about working with Christy throughout the home buying process! As a first time homebuyer, I had many of questions about the properties, process, timeline, and ultimately ensuring we had the right team to get us into our new home. From start to finish, Christy was thorough, responsive, and proactive in her approach. She either had the answers from previous experience, or quickly found the answer, for any questions that came up. She ensured a quick and clean closing process, and was a true pleasure to work with! The Chicago renting market was moving fast and we were having trouble nailing down a place. Our friend had referred Christy to us, and we had a great experience. Christy took the time to meet with us via zoom to discuss what we wanted in an apartment. We were then given access to a server with many options matching our preferences. She was very flexible and helped set up showings with in a day of requesting tours. We had an overall great experience with Christy, we even referred her to some of our friends to assist in their apartment hunt.

Christy was a huge help in my search for a great place! The realtor that I had an appointment with no-showed, and Christy showed up with a client to the same place I was supposed to look at. Her positivity and enthusiasm for helping me find the right place was above and beyond. She showed me two more places and I fell in love with one. I would highly recommend her for your real-estate endeavors! She is a go-getter who looks out for her clients best interests.
