You can always count on Evelyn Woods to get the job done! She always goes the extra mile to make sure a client's realestate transaction closes. She does far more than required of a realestate broker and anticipates every issue. I have dealt with her for 20 plus years and have seen her participation in a deal be the sole reason it closed. Evelyn knows the neighborhoods she works in better than anyone shes been living and working here her whole life! And more important to me as a buyer was that she also knows the market. She helped me find my dream home in my dream neighborhood at a price I below what I expected to pay and she helped me scoop it away from another buyer with the right offer. I thought I knew the market after I had spent a lot of time browsing properties on Zillow, but you want Evelyn on your team.
