Jovanna we GREAT to work with through my first investment property journey! She is very responsive at all times. She gets it done! Whatever it takes, she's on top of it. Even when we had setbacks she always remained positive and helped me remain positive. She connected me with a bank that was able to secure my heloc loan when no other bank would! Like I said, she makes things happen and has great connections! I would 100% recommend her and will hopefully be working with her again in the near future for more investment properties!

Jovanna truly has a passion for what she does. As a first time home buyer I was a bit nervous and scared but Jovanna made the process fun and seemless. She was very thorough and always available when I had a questions or concerns. When I say always available, she returned my call while on vacation, while boarding her plane...Dedication at it's best!! After a few viewings there was one that just felt right and felt like home.
