I finally decided to stop renting and was looking for something more permanent. But even though I've lived in Chicago for years, I didn't know anything about buying my first home. Rebecca Sanchez was so nice and made the whole process so much easier! She really took my budget into consideration and gave me some great tips on how to get the most bang for my buck, all while still being realistic about Chicago prices. I'm about to move into a new home I just love and it was definitely all thanks to her help! I'm not planning on moving any time soon, but if I do I know that I can trust Rebecca Sanchez to do an equally amazing job selling this place as she did helping me buy it. Ms Sanchez was very professional and has a great personality especially the fact she was able to speak Spanish made communicating a better experience. This is my first time looking to buy a home so she was able to help so much.

After months of searching on our own and becoming frustrated, we finally decided to look for a realtor. I stumbled on Ms. Sanchez, and the service from her was unmatched! She helped my husband and I navigate through all of the neighborhoods on the northside of Chicago and helped choose which best fit our price range and lifestyle.
