I cannot say enough good things about Mary! She is extremely knowledgeable of the Chicago market and is an overall wonderful human being. She truly took the time to understand what I was looking for, was a great listener and tailored our search accordingly. The home buying process is stressful but Mary carefully walked me through each step and kept my mind at ease knowing that I was in good hands. She did everything in her power to make this an enjoyable experience to the point that I miss going out to see homes with her on the weekends! I worked with Mary for over 15 years now and she is excellent at what she does! She sold me my very first condo in West Loop and not only helped me get a great price for it, she made sure I was comfortable from top to bottom the whole way of this transaction. As a first time home owner buying by myself, she made sure to keep me informed and sound. This is what you want! I felt so at ease with her. She also helped me sell this condo years later and again, it was so refreshing to work with someone who is really sharp and knows what she is doing. I ended up with another incredible experience and am so grateful for it. I learned so much by this process. She also works with the best team ever. I worked with both her mortgage broker and her lawyer. This is one of the best professional relationships I made in Chicago and I truly consider her a friend.
