Frankie is a wonderful realtor and exceeded all of my expectations. He helped me find a beautiful apartment to rent in River North that checked all of my boxes and more. Plus, he got me a great deal. One of Frankies MANY key strengths is his extreme patience and listening abilities. He never once got impatient with me and would constantly pivot our search if he sensed that my heart wasnt in it. Another great thing about Frankie is his work ethic.. he was always there to answer my calls and would get back to me immediately with any questions. I was planning a move from Alabama to Chicago and was having major issues finding a place within our budget AND accessible to my elderly large dogs. I posted to CL and Frankie responded within the day. He worked tirelessly to find us SEVERAL options and when we found one we LOVED, he helped us work out some various options with the owners that satisfied all parties! Frankie was a phenomenal realtor. He was on top of everything, kept me informed and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire buying process.
