I had a rental unit in a high rise that needed to be sold in short order. In a building where there were 4 other units of the same floorplan in higher, John was able to assess what needed updating in the unit in order for it to show well and sell fast - which is EXACTLY what happened. Both John and Jessica are highly motivated and honest. No doubt - this is what got my unit sold. Renovations to the unit that were deemed necessary were completed economically and with an attention to style which really got the place noticed. As buyer's agent, John has an exceptional ability to analyze the pros and cons of any property based on the online profile of the property, which is a tremendous skill. This saved us a ton of time and allowed us to focus on seeing properties that fit our needs. He is also extremely knowledgeable about property value, has great relationships with other brokers and is able to reach a deal quickly.
