November 15, 2021 We would like to recognize and acknowledge gratitude to one of Baird & Warner Real Estate agents: Ms. Helene DeMarco and would appreciate if you would forward and share this with the proper individuals. Little over a year ago we purchased a condominium, our current home, with Ms. DeMarcos help and guidance. Less than a year later again with Ms. DeMarcos guidance and help we sold our house, which was for 42 years our home. Selling our house was arduous and overwhelming: her expertise, guidance and above all understanding of our situation was most appreciated and priceless. Let me explain: We are two retired senior individuals who have not been in the real estate market for very long time. My husband, retired lawyer, has also been diagnosed with Frontal Temporal Dementia (FTD) and Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA). Not only is his memory declining but being able to express himself has declined, yet his lawyering is a skill, he wanted to use. Ms. DeMarco, patiently, repeatedly advocated for us and helped along the journey. I truly am convinced that without her competency of the market, and patience we would not have been able to accomplish all what we had to do and how well it worked out. Helene is a PHENOMENAL realtor! My husband and I were first time homebuyers and decided to get into the market in the midst or aggressive bidding wars, not knowing the process or how things worked. Helene was an essential piece of the entire process! She is a fierce advocate for her buyers, a wealth of knowledge, and has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident! We walked in with absolutely nothing and walked out with our happy place . Helene goes above and beyond for her buyers and it's truly appreciated!!
