Joshua is the best realtor hands down. He was awesome to work with and super responsive and fast. He was so friendly and always answered all of our questions. He got our place sold before we even had an open house. Great communication, we loved him! If you live in Chicago he knows everything about the market and he was a joy to work with and made it east for us since we had never sold a place before and we had a million questions for him!

It was a real pleasure working with Joshua. Joshua was very professional, reliable and very quick to respond to any enquiries we had. We ended up buying one of the apartments he showed us and he was very helpful throughout the whole process. Joshua even went out of his way to arrange an extra visit to the apartment on the weekend. I would highly recommend him!

Joshua was fantastic and helped us throughout our whole home buying process. As first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and he was always available to provide answers and give us contact information for services and professionals we needed to work with. While professional and knowledgeable, Joshua was also very nice and funny which made him great to work with. He was always very responsive to texts or calls and was there for us whenever we needed him. At times this process felt confusing or overwhelming, but it was nice to work with someone who was invested in our home buying journey.
