Elias is hands down the best, honest, and most transparent realtor I worked with in my 20 years, From finding potential properties to helping me negotiate an ideal contract, him and his firm always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. He also profoundly understood the housing market in my area, which allowed me to get an incredible deal that exceeded my expectations. worked with my budget and found my dream home which was next to impossible. Had 4 realtors who couldn't close the deal but he did and not only found the best deal for me but saved a lot of money on the downpayment. I'm glad I chose him and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch real estate services.
