Plain and simple, Lisa was amazing to work with. You know instantly after meeting her that she is passionate about her job. She took the time to meet with my fianc and I before we even looked to get to know us and our styles, interests. You can tell she really cares about her clients. She doesn't want to just sell a home, more importantly she wants the property to be a perfect match for her clients and their happiness is what matters to her. She was so patient with us and answered all our questions, day or night. Even after we bought our condo, she followed up and we have stayed in contact. Lisa has been my realtor for almost 7 years and I don't regret a moment of it. I've had the pleasure of working with her on two condo purchases and one condo sale in Chicago. We sold on the first day for the full asking price thanks to Lisa. Lisa was perfect as she guided us through preparing our Bucktown homee to sell. She identified what needed doing in order for our home to look its best, even down to the best color of paint for making it look good. She made sure she understood or timeline for preparing and going on the market, and she helped us to meet that timeline. By the end of the first day on the market, we had two firm offers, and she helped us through the process of closing out the sale. Strong communication, attentive to our needs, understands the market and knows how to get what's best for her clients.

Being a first-time home buyer is a nerve-racking experience especially in the city of Chicago. My fiance and I were so lucky to have found Lisa who delivered white-glove service, provided a plethora of wisdom, and at the day end of the day got us the best deal on our home. She was so consultative in helping us pick out which homes were worth seeing, she was efficient in her search by taking us to 30+ listings in a short amount of time (and in a highly contested market), and she called out things that we didn't even see in homes that would implicate higher costs / maintenance. Lisa also moonlights as an interior designer having an endless amount of ideas to modernize a space and having a Rolodex of contacts to reach out to for any home improvement job you can think of (we've used several of her recommended vendors).
