Andy was fantastic to work with as a first time home buyer. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. My husband and I often state that the process was one of the most surprisingly stressful times of our lives so far, but I couldn't fathom how much more stressful it would've been without Andy with us every step of the way providing premium counsel, assuaging our fears, and answering all of our questions. Andy was nothing short of fantastic in helping us sell our home. We had a couple of uncommon issues pop up, and he was so proactive in finding solutions and staying one step ahead to keep us prepared for negotiations. Andy did a tremendous job helping us sell our home. He used market data to help us price, and created fantastic marketing materials which I know impressed buyers, and us!
