Working with Sarah on the sale of our first condo was a wonderful experience and we would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent, buyer or seller, in Chicago. Her attention to detail, knowledge of our West Town market (and the rest of Chicago), responsiveness, and ability to launch our listing with very short notice during the busy holiday season made an otherwise stressful and somewhat unexpected out of state move happen so smoothly.
