We have worked with Matt over the last year or so. He helped us through many showings, a very challenging purchase (new construction/challenges with the sellers side, and all throughout Covid). Matt was professional, always transparent and communicative. We also worked with him on a rental transaction, and he was able to get us a solid deal AND above our asking rate. I met Matt at an open house of a condo that he was showing. I got into a nice conversation with him and immediately recognized how well informed of a real estate agent he was. I asked him if he could help me find what I was looking for in Des Plaines and he said that would try. After 2 months of communication and showings Matt found us a condo that we liked immediately upon entering the room. We were able to make an offer that we could afford though it was much much less than the asking price. The offer was accepted and then upon an ensuing appraisal it came back 25K higher than the accepted bid. Matt is one of the most knowledgeable, competent and hard working real estate agents I've ever met or worked with. He goes more than an extra step to help his clients. One weekend, he ran through 100+ condo listings to shortlist a few that met my criteria. No one else would do that. I grew to trust him so much, I had him go look at condos on my behalf, and I ended up purchasing it. He truly understands the Chicago market and neighourhoods. The man is amazing!

Matt was my agent for selling my parents condo. I thought he did a great job of researching a price point for the sale. He was always available to answer my questions and quick to get back to me. He was professional, yet, used his sense of humor to amuse me through the process. I thought he was the perfect partner for all that happens in the process of selling. I thought he did more for me and was more dedicated to the sale of my property than any previous agent that I have used. You wont be sorry if you hire him to be your agent!
