Dan was knowledgeable to work with and extremely skilled at putting together a team of resources to fulfill my needs. From home inspector to lender to moving company recommendations. All were top notch and great to evaluate. Even though he wasnt fully familiar the area we bought and sold in (we used Dan for both sides) he made it easy and kept us informed every step of the way.

Dan goes above and beyond for his client. He was very patient with me about everything regarding my million and one questions. If he didnt know the answer he would go out of his way to find it and he was never hard to reach. We viewed so many properties and never once was I pressured to buy. He told me to trust the process and when the right place presents itself Ill know. The no pressure technique was perfect and now Im in my dream condo. I cant thank Dan enough and I couldnt recommend him more highly. Use this guy!

We would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Dan. We found him through a friend of a friend. He was highly recommended but we thought that was just because he was fun to be around and very communicative. Both true, but the real reasoning is he knows his stuff. He knows what to ask but more importantly, when to ask it. Hes so fantastic in dealing with the other agents that at the final walkthrough the sellers realtor, someone well-established who has been doing this for a long time, thanked us for choosing someone so professional and knowledgeable as it made his job easier on the other side. Dans certainly got a reputation in the fieldsomething to definitely consider when selecting an agent. We were first-time homebuyers so we didnt know anything about anything. Dan was always happy to explain or elaborate on anything we asked about to ensure we understood every step of the process. Even now, well after closing, hes providing us with recommendations and contacts for plumbers, handymen, electricians, etc. We cant recommend Dan enough.

As a first time home buyer, Dan was integral in walking me through the buying process step by step. Once I had more knowledge of the process and got into the looking at homes (the fun part!) he was always responsive and timely. When it was time to make the offer he was able to negotiate some items that I didn't think were negotiable, which was so key to getting a good deal. He also referred me to other services that you need during the buying process, everyone that he suggested I work with - from the mortgage broker to the home inspector - were fabulous. Buying a home (especially for the first time!) is nerve wracking but Dan was an amazing person to do it with! Highly recommend.
