I wish there were more than five stars, because that is what I would choose. Maura helped me sell my mom's house. It was a time of difficult transition for my mom as she left the house she lived in for 35 years. Maura was amazing. So understanding and respectful with my mom and so helpful to me as I tried to manage the sale long distance. I have bought and sold a lot of houses, and she may be one of the best realtors I have worked with. She did a great job reviewing the comps, helping with staging, and setting a price that generated so much interest that we sold significantly over asking. Throughout the process, she was ready, willing, and able to answer any and every question [and I had a lot of them]. She was always accessible and responsive. Maura knows her stuff and clearly works well with other realtors as well as with clients - a key skill. She paid attention to all details, and all the advice she gave me was spot on. She was willing to go above and beyond to help - she even volunteered to drive 45 minutes to my mom's house at night to help wait for an emergency repair person to arrive. She just couldn't have been better. If you have a chance to work with her, do it!!
