I had a great experience when working with Alex and Vinny. It was our first time looking for an apartment in Chicago and it couldnt have gone better. They were both professional, knowledgeable, experienced, and kind. They both listened to exactly what we were looking for and it translated into the listings we toured. Whether it was communicating through email or by phone, it was easy and prompt. All of our questions and concerns were addressed and answered in a timely manner. I can tell they both care about finding their clients the perfect home. When the time comes, I will be using Alex and Vinny again to find my next place!

Shawn Jones and the Jones Group are absolute rockstars. Shawn was the epitome of professionalism with helping us apply for and secure our most recent lease in Lincoln Park. At the showing, Shawn was straightforward and laid out all of the pros and cons of the property very helpfully and candidly. He was incredibly responsive and helped us readily at every stage of the process. I cant recommend them enough!
