He absolutely listened to all of my needs and was not only able to find all the amenities I was hoping for, but was even able to find me an amazing place under my budget! Gino is a human being of outstanding character. He is the most pleasant person to work with, and definitely the most pleasant and earnest realtor I've had the pleasure to work with in the past 10 years since having to relocate multiple times because of my craft. When Gino took me as a client, I had 10-14 days to find an apartment. I thought that would be impossible and prepared to rent an Airbnb as a backup. However, in that time Gino was able to find a place that went beyond my expectations in comfort, budget, and geographic location, and made sure the lease application process was safe, correct, and speedy. I had a lot going on already with transitions and work, so it was wonderful that Gino --communicated with the Realtor and Management company, --reviewed my application paperwork, and --revised the lease, even caught a clerical error that I would not have caught on my own and called me immediately to be sure I did not sign the lease until I got an updated one and which he doubled checked too. I believe in part the reason why I was successful in finding a place quickly is because of Gino's capacity to read the situation and cut through the b.s. to find the best deal that also fits my needs. In my case, I was on a time crunch, a budget, and wished to remain relatively closed to the geographic area that I was moving out of. Gino was diligent about keeping those parameters and my best interest in mind. He is very professional, hospitable, knowledgeable of the business, region, and market. I never had any issues getting a hold of him, and property managers were never short with him because he's very pleasant to speak with. I am sure the property manager of the apartment I ended up moving to gave me extra attention because she trusted Gino's judgment after hearing his earnestness over their phone conversations. I honestly don't know how to conclude this review because I could brag about Gino for a thousand words more, but then you would probably not be reading it. I highly recommend Gino. He'll protect your interest, work hard to find you what you're looking for, and only add to your luck in getting where you want to because everyone he communicates with will love him, and so, love you through him.
