Shakeeda is outstanding. She is very professional, clear and concise of what her responsibilities are. I felt very comfortable working with her. She had my house on the market for 4 days and we closed less than 30 days.. Im so grateful for her.

So much to say about this realtor, I will probably still miss somethings, because she is so good at her job. It says a lot when you meet the person that is helping you make one of the most important decisions in your life and you are made to feel comfortable and at ease with doing so. She listened to what I said I wanted and advised me to be open. Letting me know that as I start to view homes, I may change my mind of some of the things I said I wanted. She was right. We went to see so many house sand she was patient and watched my reaction while she continued to listen to what I liked and disliked. She listened so well, that she was able to narrow the list of houses to look at and was bringing more to me to view. Funny how some of the houses that I viewed, she suggested I might not like and was Right. Like I said she listened to me and by doing so, she figured out my non-negotiables and my negotiables. It started to be even easier to pick homes to view. So let's talk about when I started seeing houses that I thought I might want to be my home. She did not just say, ok let's put in a bid. She discussed my decision with me, weighing pros and cons of the home. making sure I was aware of all the details before putting in my bid. The fun part was that I knew I was not in this alone, she shared in my excitement all the way until we got the news. she shared in my disappointment of loosing a bid. And encouraged me not to give up, the house that was to become my home was just around the corner. When I found my Home, It was obvious that she was as excited as I was. She helped make sure I had everything I needed, Questions answered, opportunities that would benefit me werer immediately bought to my attention. And Now, I am a Homeowner. I Must tell you. That she is not just my realtor, but my friend. Sharing this life changing event with her helped remove a lot of the stress that I hear so many people go through.
