AD was great to work with in our first home buying experience! He came with a wealth of knowledge with us that helped make us feel comfortable moving through the process. He also had a strong team to help us along the way (mortgage partner, attorney, inspectors, etc.) On top of helping us feel good about the process he helped us get a condo in the city that perfectly fits our needs - with a yard to boot! AD helped me and my wife, who knew exactly what she wanted, get exactly what we wanted, and in a VERY competitive market (our place listed on a Friday, open house Sunday, best and final by Monday at noon). AD was kind, patient, available, and overflowing with knowledge about the entire home buying process that he was passionate about sharing. Everyone he referred me to for additional services (broker, inspector, lawyer) were also wonderful. He has my wholehearted recommendation.
