I am not one to normally leave reviews but when you come across someone amazing at what they do I feel the need to tell everyone I can, especially family and friends. I have bought and sold more than 15 properties in my life but my last one was especially difficult. My Mom recently passed away and my sister and I needed to sell her house. Kristina came very highly recommended and we met with her and together we laid out an aggressive plan to have the house prepped for showings and sold while the market remained hot in the summer. A plan that seemed almost too aggressive we not only met each deadline but exceeded them by weeks. We ran into various unforeseen challenges but Kristina helped us navigate each one and kept us on coarse. This was only achieved with Kristinas careful navigation and recommendations along the way. A true professional in every aspect and one of the hardest workers I have ever worked with. One time I sent an email to her in the middle of the night thinking she would respond in the morning but within 5 minutes she responded. Lastly, her human compassion and understanding of our situation was amazing. To all my Chicago friends and family if any of you are considering or in need of an agent I give Kristina my highest recommendation. Thank you Kristina for everything you did. You are amazing!!

Kristina is amazing! Read my brother Nick Vlahos review and I cant agree more! As challenging as our situation was she took the stress away. Always a text or phone call away within minutes to address any concerns and answer questions. We lost our mother and selling her home was difficult. I would like to share great affirmations for Kristina Betancourt. I am a realtor in Northern Colorado and was working with clients who were in need of selling their property.
