We recently purchased a new construction from this seller. After living the property for a few months we realized the property had no attic access. We went back and double checked the builder plans and there should indeed have been an attic access built. Further more our neighbors who have literally the same house had an attic access in theirs. We were hoping this would be covered by our builders warranty which last a year. But after reaching out to them, they were basically either very unresponsive or lied and said it was not part of the original plans. And they said it was not their issue since the city approved of it. What I think happened was they forgot to add it. You ought to own up and fix such a simple mistake .
