Chad is a pleasure to have as your realtor. I was a first-time home buyer and knew next-to-nothing when it came to the real estate market. He made the experience less daunting than it seems and also takes every opportunity to educate you on things that come up during the process. As he guides you, he ensures that you are feeling comfortable and confident with decisions that need to be made. He also makes a point to always check in and make himself available to you. You will not go wrong with having Chad on your team!

We're first time buyers and could not have done this without Chad. He spent so much time with us explaining every piece of how the process works before we even knew whether we were going to be able to buy. As a result we knew what we were getting into, felt incredibly comfortable with the terminology (and asking Chad when something was said that we didn't understand), and felt confident in buying. Chad spent a lot of time getting to know what we were looking for and offered his own honest opinions to help guide us, as well. His experience and opinions were invaluable, especially as first timers. We felt very taken care of and secure with Chad throughout the entire process. He went to bat for us repeatedly both in getting us into see places that weren't yet on the market and when our loan company started to be a real pain throughout the closing process. He kept us calm and never let us feel like things were out of control which was huge for my anxiety. It was a stressful process that I don't think we could have made it through without Chad and now we have a wonderful home!

Prior to this move, we had never worked with a realtor and were of the mindset that finding a new home was a drawn out and painful process. Chad has completely reversed that mindset. He asked us what we were looking for and our price range, and encouraged us to dream big. We gave him a list of goals that I thought were impossible in our budget. Not only did Chad find us our dream apartment, but he was also there for us every step of the way. He was punctual and lined up all the viewings at our convenience, he pushed for the landlord to paint an accent wall and install a new closet door prior to our move, and he has been a supportive voice of experience throughout the process. I can't imagine going back to finding a place to live on our own without Chad. I can not recommend him highly enough.
